The Farol Encan knife, renowned in the yachting community, was selected by Ino-Rope for its excellent cutting properties, high quality workmanship, lightness and ergonomics. Made in France, if you please!
This knife can be operated with one hand, making it ideal for all sailors.
In 2014 Farol obtained the “EPV” label (Living Heritage Company). It is a State recognition created to reward French companies for their expertise in craftsmanship and industry.
What is Farol’s rare expertise? Farol combines innovation, designer creations and unique know-how in the manufacturing of knives. Farol masters the Damascus steel technique and creates a modern look by combining it with high technology surface hardening treatment (SHT). All the items are manufactured in their workshop in La Rochelle and no stage of the manufacturing process is automated.
