How do I choose the diameter of my pin?
Unfortunately, turnbuckle manufacturers have different specifications and there is no standard for turnbuckle drilling.
You will need to measure the diameter on your own turnbuckles with a calliper to determine the pin diameter.
Furthermore, it is preferable to adjust these pins properly for a good hold. Pins that are too small do not block enough and we have seen masts flare up or fall down due to the loss of a pin.
