Surgaine Dyneema® SK78 – Thick – White

Dyneema SK78 is highly resistant to abrasion, UV rays and small bending radii. It is therefore perfectly suited to protect your halyards at the masthead or your sheets at the shrouds. In addition to prolonging the life of your Ropes, its very low coefficient of friction makes it easy to adjust friction hoists and cascades for downhauls, backstays or edgings…

Dyneema is an extremely slippery fiber and should not be used in stoppers.

How to choose the right sheath diameter for your Ropes:

We advise you to choose the low value for the diameter of the Dyneema overbraiding identical to the diameter of your Rope, the high value being the maximum diameter of the overbraiding to accommodate an extra splice thickness.
