Description
Protective sheath for mooring lines
This tubular polyester webbing is ideal for use as a protective sheath for mooring lines. Sold by the metre, simply thread it over the eye of your splice before splicing.
Ino-Rope tips:
- Do not cut the strap when hot, use a knife or scissors to avoid welding the ends.
- Heat the ends once the sheath has been cut for a clean, long-lasting finish
The protective sheath is available in three different diameters to best fit your mooring lines:
- Width 25 mm for a Rope diameter of 8 to 12 mm
- Width 35 mm for a Rope diameter of 14 to 16 mm
- 50 mm width for Rope diameters from 18 to 26 mm
