How to add a product in your cart?

Visit our Ino-Rope e-shop, select the desired product and click on “Add to cart”. Your product will automatically be placed in it. Then, a number will appear on the cart icon, at the top right. It indicates the number of items added to the cart.

How to delete a product from your cart ?

To delete a product, enter the “Cart” section by clicking on the pictogram on the top right of the page. Just click on “Delete” below the picture of the item you wish to delete.

How to order on the Ino-Rope online shop?

To place an order from the Ino-Rope e-shop, select a product and then, click on the “Add to the cart” button.

Repeat this procedure for all the products required. Once your selection has been completed, click on the “Cart” icon. Click on “Confirm my order” to pay and select your delivery mode.

I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

To use your promotional code, just select your products and add them to your cart. Once the selection has been completed, go to the cart and click on “see cart”. Now, you just need to click on the “CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR PROMO CODE” button, located between the “My order” and “Invoice details” rubrics, and enter your promo code. Click on “Apply promo code”, the discount will be automatically applied.

Indeed, we do offer gift vouchers, valid for 1 year from the date the email was sent. This voucher can be used for all the products available on our site for an equal or superior amount to the voucher. There are several vouchers ranging from 30 to 80€. Shipping is free of charge for purchases from 79 € sent to Point Relais (pick up points) and by Colissimo Post in Metropolitan France.

How can I trace my order ?

You can follow your order thanks to the follow-up number received by email. You just need to go to the shipping provider website and enter your follow-up number in the “follow-up” tab; you will then obtain the information related to the state of advancement of your order.


What is the deadline for returning a product ?

If you change your mind :

A “right of withdrawal” has been introduced in French law; which allows you up to 14 days to return the goods; see our « General terms and condition of sale ».

In the event of delivered products’ non-conformity :

In this case, the customer must inform the retailer by email ([email protected]) or by postal mail with a detailed explanation referring to the problem, accompanied by a photo. If the product is confirmed to be defective, Ino-Rope will assume its responsibility to take it back. We will send you a return slip to send back the product in question (unused and in its original packaging), within 14 days. By logging on to it, you can follow your orders and also change your delivery and invoicing address. – You can also change your personal data (email, first name, surname, display name and password)

How can I create a customer account ?

Visit the e-shop, click on the “my account” tab, and enter your data in the fields. Then, you will be able to order the desired products in our e-shop.

Go to the Ino-Rope “e-shop” tab, and click on the «My account» tab at the top right. Then, enter your email address and password in the login form. To do so, you need to have created an account in our e-shop beforehand.

I forgot my password; what can I do ?

Just click on the “Lost password”? ». You just need to enter your email address and you will receive an email to reset your password.

Once your pro account request has been created and your request is accepted, we validate your account within 24 to 48 working hours. How do I know if my pro account is active?

Once your pro account request has been created and your request is accepted, we validate your account within 24 to 48 working hours. To find out if your account is activated, log in: a message at the top of the home page tells you that you are on the pro portal.

How are product discounts displayed?

Once connected to the pro portal, the prices displayed are the prices already discounted. The prices are nevertheless displayed inclusive of VAT, VAT is deducted when placing the order when you fill in your SIRET.
