The Orbit automatic/manual pulley-winch enables Ropes under load to be held and adjusted by hand. It has a holding power of up to 20:1. In automatic mode, the ratchet mechanism engages when the load is applied, but disengages when it is no longer under load. This allows the wire to unwind smoothly and freely, ideal for rapid shocking.
This block is ideal for use in mainsheet and fine-tuning systems, as well as for asymmetric spinnaker sheets.
