It can be used to connect releasable stay cables or spinnaker blocks.

Handmade in our Concarneau workshops, the T-Bone Textile Sheathed Shackle is a coil of pre-stretched, heat-treated Dyneema SK99 covered with a protective sheath of Dyneema SK78 with a dog-bone fastening system.
