Ready-to-use mooring rope with stainless steel thimble – Polyester flat braid
This Rope is a single flat-braided polyester mooring line. Polyester is UV- and scratch-resistant, making this Rope ideal as a mooring rope, with the advantage of being light, flat and space-saving. They will easily find their place in your sailing lockers without getting them wet.
Polyester’s main quality is its longevity: it is both UV and scratch resistant. This characteristic makes it the ideal fiber for protecting sensitive souls: virtually all sheaths on the market are made of polyester or contain it. Excellent value for money.
A good mooring line is a strong one, but it must also have a high elongation at break. The elasticity of your mooring line will help absorb the jolts caused by waves and protect your cleats.
